alrights.. training today. started at 4.30.. before that, had rock climbing.. wah seh. can just die lah.. but i love it!. it's gives me muscle aches, but that's alright.. haha.. kaykay.. and had muscle aches due to ytd's basketball. PATHETIC!. that shows that i havent been doing self training. haha. kaykay.. have to run 12 rounds on monday.. thanks to myself for not bringing the netball journal.. wahliao.. kaykay.. tml.. just kill me!
